Indiana Drug Court Evaluation
NPC performed process evaluations in three juvenile courts, as well as impact and cost-benefit analyses in five adult drug courts in Indiana. The study examined the efficacy and success of the selected drug courts in implementing their programs as intended and in reducing recidivism. The cost-benefits of drug court participation were also examined using NPC’s TICA approach. The results will help assist the drug courts that participate in the evaluation to identify whether or not the court is meeting its stated goals and objectives. The results also may foster improved services to drug court participants and increased support from their communities.
