Washington County Adult Drug Court Evaluation
Purpose: NPC is assisting Washington County with an evaluation of an expansion of its adult drug court program. The drug court will be more than doubling its capacity in the coming year. As part of the planned expansion, there will be targeted outreach to a special population of methamphetamine-using women and their children.
Project Design: This evaluation includes the Meyer’s 10-Key Survey administered at program implementation and 1 and 2 years following implementation; key stakeholder interviews also conducted 1 and 2 years following implementation; and archival data collection from the Oregon Treatment Court Management System (OTCMS).
