Marion County Re-Entry Evaluation
Research Purpose: NPC Research is conducting an evaluation of the Marion County (Oregon) Re-Entry Initiative, a re-entry project administered through the County Sheriff’s Department that coordinates services for offenders re-entering the community from prison.
Project Design: NPC Research is conducting a process evaluation of the Second Chance Act Grant Project and is assisting the program with setting up systems to identify and compile data necessary to track short- and long-term outcomes on project participants.
