Jennifer Aborn, Researcher 2 at NPC Research, has worked in the areas of youth mentoring program evaluations and drug court evaluations. Her duties have included gathering, cleaning, coding and entering data on a variety of projects and with a broad range of data types—from in-person interviews to criminal justice records; hiring, training, and supervising field interviewers; collecting and coordinating a variety of data including program, school district, treatment and administrative data; database development and management; facilitating focus groups, assisting with survey development, qualitative data coding and analysis, and assisting with report writing.

Ms. Aborn worked for the Metropolitan Public Defender's Office for nearly 9 years, the last 5 as a legal assistant. She joined NPC Research in 1999 as a Data Entry Specialist and in 2001 moved to the role of Research Coordinator. She earned her Bachelor of Arts from Portland State University in 1996.
