Bret Fuller, Research Consultant for NPC Research, Statistics, specializes in research design and psychometrics. He previously worked at Oregon Health and Science University for 6 years as an investigator in the Department of Public Health and Preventive Medicine. His publications include studies of financing of drug treatment organizations, substance abuse treatment, buprenorphine integration in primary care and methadone coverage in the Oregon Health Plan. Dr. Fuller will retain a clinical faculty appointment at OHSU.

Dr. Fuller holds a Ph.D. in Counseling Psychology from the University of Missouri-Columbia and completed a post-doctoral fellowship at the University of Michigan in the Department of Psychology.
