Charley Korns, Office and Communications Manager at NPC Research, has various responsibilities including editing and formatting reports and grant proposals, managing the NPC Web site, managing office systems, and serving on various committees. Mr. Korns also contributes photography and design services at NPC.

Mr. Korns has more than 12 years experience assisting research efforts pertaining to criminal justice, juvenile crime prevention, early childhood intervention, mentorship, and violence prevention. His background also includes more than 4 years in corporate communications for regional and national organizations. Since 1999, he has volunteered extensively for community organizations. Mr. Korns holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Oregon.
