Charley Korns, Office and Communications Manager at NPC Research, is responsible for editing and formatting reports and grant proposals, managing the NPC Web site, editing the quarterly newsletter, and identifying grant opportunities. He also contributes photography and design services.

Mr. Korns has more than 15 years experience assisting research efforts pertaining to criminal justice, juvenile crime prevention, early childhood intervention, mentorship, and violence prevention. His background also includes several years in corporate communications for regional and national organizations including U.S. Bank and Associated Builders and Contractors. He has volunteered extensively for community organizations as a board president, newsletter editor, Webmaster, graphic designer, group facilitator, and tutor. Mr. Korns holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Oregon and a Master of Education degree from Cambridge College in partnership with the Institute for Humane Education.
