Robert Linhares, Researcher 2 at NPC Research, is currently working as a project coordinator and process specialist on the Maryland Drug Court and Rutland County (Vermont) Drug Court program evaluation projects.

Having worked in the field of evaluation since 1998, in addition to his clinical work in mental health, Dr. Linhares has been involved in a number of different social services and education-based projects. His experience includes data collection, qualitative and quantitative analysis, interview protocol and questionnaire development, group facilitation, supervision, and report writing.

Dr. Linhares received his doctorate in Counseling Psychology from Indiana University in 2008. He holds an M.A. in Marriage and Family Therapy from St. Mary’s University (San Antonio, TX) and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of California-Davis.
